Raised Garden Beds
The WSU Cowlitz County Master Gardener Raised Bed Program helps community members learn sustainable gardening practices by providing free raised beds filled with soil and starter plants each spring. Participants also receive ongoing support through education and mentorship. Since 2012, this program has empowered residents to grow their own healthy food at home.
How to Apply for 2026:
The deadline for applications is mid-March and awards will be made in Early April. Please apply as soon in the new year as possible so that we can answer any questions for you and make sure your application is received.
